David Buck has over 20 years' experience in construction materials testing as well as a code-special inspection under UBC/ICC. He has worked a Senior Inspector/Quality Control Manager/Project Manager on large Federal-funded projects Mr. Buck has extensive experience with Heavy Highways, Bridges, Stadiums, Airfields, Flight Hangers, School Buildings, Energy Generation, Mining & Refining, Oil & Gas Pump Stations/Pipelines as well as large Residential & Commercial Redevelopment projects. Additionally, Mr. Buck is an undergraduate of International Relations from San Francisco State University working in site grading, survey & layout, structural concrete, rebar placement & masonry.
