GEOMAT provided geotechnical engineering for the entire school replacement which included evaluation of subsurface conditions and recommendations for foundation design, related earthwork, and paving options. Additionally, we provided all the construction materials testing and special inspections. The project consists of ten separate buildings totaling 170,000 sf of new construction, building renovations and associated site improvements.
