Geotechnical Project Manager
Chase is an experienced staff engineer and project manager of geotechnical projects. His experience includes report and proposal writing, geotechnical site exploration, geophysical surveying, site distress evaluation, geotechnical analysis and design, and field and laboratory testing for soils and concrete. Mr. Beckstead has worked on numerous projects across the state of New Mexico with agencies like the NMDOT, AMAFCA, BIA and other local and county governments. Mr. Beckstead holds a B.S in Civil Engineering from The New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a M.S in Civil Engineering from University of Oklahoma. He has served as Younger Member Chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) New Mexico Section and is currently serving as the Secretary for the San Juan Branch of the New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers (NMSPE). He also enjoys spending time with his family and outdoors.

HR/Accounting Manager
Jennifer is an experience HR and Accounting manager. She is responsible for office management, business accounting, and administration. She holds degrees from New Mexico State University and the University of New Mexico. Prior to joining GEOMAT in 2020, she worked at Perinatal and Associates of NM and San Juan Regional in Farmington. She is a loving mother of 4 kids and enjoys camping and traveling with the family in her free time.

With over 30 years of experience in the engineering, construction, and concrete precast industries, Mr. Rosenberger is an experienced designer, estimator, project engineer, project manager, and inspector with a wide experience base in civil/mining and structural engineering projects. Phil also has extensive experience as a construction manager and lead inspector on construction projects of all types for numerous entities both public and private.

Phil Rosenberger earned his B.A. in Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. Mr. Rosenberger is an experienced designer, estimator, project controls engineer, project manager and inspector with a wide experience base in civil/mining and structural engineering projects. His vast array of skills was developed through experience in many construction projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Four Corners region.

Mr. Ezzell has over 18 years of experience in the management of construction materials testing and geotechnical engineering projects with four years spent as a branch/office manager. His experience includes active participation and management of a wide array of projects including educational facilities, commercial developments, power plants, airports, industrial facilities, and transportation. Mr. Ezzell is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. In addition, he holds membership in the Albuquerque Chapter of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

A native of the Four Corners, Mr. Compton earned his B.S. in Materials Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology. Nathan has an extensive background in project management and materials engineering. In addition, Mr. Compton is an experienced concrete mix designer having design numerous concrete, CLSM, and grout mixes for a wide variety of suppliers and applications.

Mr. Compton has 10 years of experience in construction materials engineering, testing and management. A native of the Four Corners, Mr. Compton earned his B.S. in Materials Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology. His responsibilities at GEOMAT include the management of the materials testing laboratory as well as the field testing and special inspections. In addition, he is responsible for the scheduling and management of the engineering technicians and works closely with our clients to ensure that project testing and inspection requirements are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

<p>A native of the Four Corners, Matt Cramer, P.E. earned his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. Mr. Cramer has over 16 years of experience as an engineer, senior engineer, project manager, and business owner specializing in geotechnical, geostructural, and materials engineering. He is also an ICC certified bolting and welding inspector. His experience includes both large and small projects predominantly in the commercial, mining and energy, and industrial market sectors. Mr. Cramer is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Texas. He has served as president of the San Juan Chapter of the New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers; is currently an associate member of the NMSU CAGE Academy, and a Geoprofessional Business Association committee member. When not at work, Mr. Cramer coaches local youth soccer and baseball, and enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing with his family.</p>
