GEOMAT provided the geotechnical engineering and is currently providing all of the materials quality control testing for this Justice Center project. The testing consists of earthwork, masonary copnstruction, concrete, and asphalt paving. The construction consisted of a new four-story, 23,000SF, steel framed facility.
